ANGUS #7487

June 25, 2008 We are can't thank you enough in choosing the right pup for our family.  He is a dream.
He is an amazing little guy!  I am amazed that even despite all he endured today the first thing he did when he saw us was wag his tail followed by tons of kisses.  What a wonderful temperament this little guy has.  He is definitely a lover.
Has seems to be adjusting to his new environment incredible well; he is pretty easy going.
Thank you again for allowing him to join our family.
Below is a picture of "Angus" with my daughter (Alyssa)
Thank for everything. Tammy, Sylvain and kids- Victoria, B.C.

July 1, 2008 I have included some more pictures of Angus.  We took him for his first of many visits to the Ocean.  He loved the warm sand and the seaweed.  The water took a little convincing as it is cold, but once he got use to it he enjoyed sharing it with his friend Bella (a jack Russell).  Angus was definitely a hit at the beach and had a large group of admirers as he seems to have where ever we go.
He is a really great little guy not only is he cute and gentle but he is smart.  He already knows his name; to sit for his food; walks well on and off the leash and is doing well with potty training.  We start puppy training July 5th and I am sure he will be the head of his class.
We are enjoying him more than we could have imagined.
Hope is all well with you. Cheers. Tammy

He's soooo good with them too! not one accident in the house... he loves our garage... it's fully insulated so cool during the day and warmer at night... I just finished setting up his pen that is the size of my living room... he even has adopted our old couch..

MATTEO #2577

July 5, 2008 Here are some pics of Matteo I took up at our cottage.  He is doing great!  Such a good boy, he loves exploring (and napping) on the beach.  He is a very smart puppy too, already knew the "sit" command without being taught?!?!  Thanks again for everything, have a great summer. Sandi- Victoria, B.C.

RUSTY #5622

Rusty getting acquainted with his new friend!

July 9, 2008 Thank-you for the puppy pictures - so cute, and the info on the puppy beds. We did go with the name Rusty. We all just love him so much - he is a very good boy. He seems really calm. We did make it home safe and sound. It was actually a really good trip home for the whole family. Rusty absolutely loves Scott and wanted to sit on his lap the whole way home.  Rusty does really well at night. He hasn't cried at all during the night. We are having a little trouble with the potty training; however, I'm sure it will just take a little time. He seems really shy and will not go to the bathroom with us around. We are trying to get him to go to a particular spot. We will definitely send pictures as he grows so you can see him. Take care Vanessa

GRYPHON #8526

June 30, 2008 Gryphon has settled in beautifully he didn’t even whine last night but he hung out with our little silver Mistaya so he was good. He’s beautiful and funny he loves to play … he had a bit of diarrhea on the way home ( we stopped a few times too long a drive for a puppy) and then when we got home but I imagine it was the traveling … he’s really sweet and he traveled wonderfully actually … just slept on a little blanket at my feet … thanks so much ...  Thanks again.  Sonya & Cory - Hardisty, Ab.

April 9, 2010 Gryphon is almost two now, He's a big boy at 85lbs, mostly legs though. Lots of people ask me where he came from, because their Ferguson dog is half the height and twice the width, but I love him all the same. He's a handsome man. Makes life bearable at the worst of times. I am always happy to see him, he has never been an issue with any training, never any issue at all. Never an accident in the house! We are moving to a house of our own of 17 acres! And boy can this dog run! He and I go for a run every morning, and I have to take the quad now so he actually burns off some energy! Even with all that urge to run, and play he's not crazy overactive and still behaves really well inside definitely not the bouncing of walls type. Anyways here are pictures for your site if you want to update. I'd really like to meet up with a sibling or two, but they are all quite a distance from here. Anyways, off to run Gryphon again! Toria, Sonya, and Cory.

PHINE #0663

June 24, 2008 We arrived at home happily and everything went just fine. Phine is a wonderful girl and we love her so much. She didn't play shy at all when the boys came home. Happiness on both sides. It was a big surprise for the boys. Phine ate, played, pooped in the yard, did a big snooze and had lot of fun. We believe she will keep us very busy in the future, because her nature is very nosy and she has a big will to try out and learn everything. We are all so happy and we see already that Phine is very happy, too in our family. She will grow in a beautiful Lab Lady.
Thank you so much Adrienne, you did a great job with all the pups. On Phine we can see how much you invested on work, time, energy and patience. Well done.
We keep you posted..
Sincerely, the Roth Family with Phine

June 30, 2008 We found a new name for our puppy. Our son Christoph decided to Josephine. So we call her Phine. We think it is a very cute name for her and it fits her perfect.
Phine is so much fun. On the deck we have a plastic tub with water for her and she takes her first water lessons to get her paws wet. She likes water very much. No wonder - she is a lab. And does all labs like to slide on there belly? Phine just likes to slide down this little hill in our yard on her belly. It is so funny to watch her. That poop training is coming with success. She tries to tell us know and always when we bring her outside she does her business. We are very happy with that and in one week she learned a lot. Also we believe she did grow and her face changed a little. We try to send 2 pictures of her in this mail.
Happy Canada Day for you, your family and all the little and bigger labs
Greetings from Kerstin, Andy, Phine and our boys

May 12, 2010 thanks for the good news. We got really excited. Phine is super happy. She had her
2. birthday 2 weeks ago. She got a cozy new bed, treats and I saw her a smarty cookie pillow to carry around because she is such a collector of big things.
Wish you a good time with the little Chilli pups and we can't hardly wait to see more pictures.

Lot of greeting from all of us     Andy, Kerstin, the boys and Phine girl

SUMMER #5271

July 13, 2008 Here are some photos of Summer from this weekend. Our lives have really changed since we brought her home, but all for the better… we just love her!  She is a very good dog and loves to be with us at all times. She is learning so many things so fast and already asks to go outside!  She still wakes up at least once in the night to go out, but never struggles to get back to sleep. She has a wonderful temperament and personality. She is friendly with other dogs and absolutely LOVES kids and of course they love her too. She is very popular in the neighbourhood. We often have neighbours coming over to say ‘hi’ to Summer. We can hardly walk her without someone stopping us to ask about her BEAUTIFUL red color. Even the nurses at the vet office were intrigued and impressed with it. Everyone says how pretty she is… of course she enjoys hearing that (so do we!). She is getting lots of exercise and spends most of her time outside in the yard

Thanks so much for all your help. You clearly raise sweet, loving dogs and we love our Summer! Our next step is to get in touch with the people who have one of Summer’s brothers… they live in our same subdivision, so it shouldn’t be hard! Laura & Chris- St.Albert, Ab.

April 29, 2009 Hope you’re doing well these days!  Here are some updated photos of Summer. It’s hard to believe she’ll be a 1 year old puppy tomorrow! We’d love to get up to Athabasca sometime this summer to let you see how much she has grown. She’s about 60 lbs. now and still full of energy!  She has just finished her third obedience class and has sharpened some of her agility and retrieving skills in the process. She LOVED the snow this winter and had a great time trying to catch it as Chris shoveled the driveway. She is so agreeable and sweet and loves to come with us wherever we go, especially in the car! She is friendly to all dogs and enjoys her afternoons at Doggie Daycare where they say she plays ‘hide and seek’ with another lab!  Thank you again for everything and we hope you enjoy the photos . Happy Spring! Laura
