Jan. 1, 2008 We thought we would send you some pictures of Quinn, age 19 months. He IS beautiful – we always get comments when we’re out walking! He’s very affectionate and playful. He’s also a pretty strong-willed fellow and can be demanding at times – he often gets away with it because he’s the only ‘child’ in the household. Lately he seems to be growing up in terms of personality and general obedience. His energy level is very high still, and we’ve had him going to doggy day care two days a week, which he just loves (he prances down the sidewalk to the car when we’re on the way). It’s a great place where he gets to see the same pals every time. We recently started taking him running with us a few times a week – usually about 5 k at a time, which doesn’t seem to tire him out. We’re having a great time together! Joanne

W e are enjoying our lovely puppy. He is healthy and happy and growing very fast! We’ve decided to name him Quinn, so I guess his formal name should be Ferguson ’s Quinn. He has had his first visit to a vet at Mill Creek Animal Hospital ; they seem very good there. We’ll send pictures soon. Thanks. Joanne- Edmonton, Ab.

I'm sorry that it has taken us so long to send you some pictures of Bailey. I hope that you enjoy them. She is a great addition to our family. She loves it when everyone comes home from work or school. She is always happy, gaining weight and doing great. We were also wondering when we would receive her papers. I hope all is well with you. Hope all is well and I am sure you guys are keeping very busy.. I been meaning to send you an update on Dex.. He is doing very well! and is sure growing tons! He sure loved it when the crab apples were coming off the tree in the yard he would park himself under the tree in the afternoon for a good feast! He sure is a character and is really social ... loves meeting everyone and all the dogs at the park! We have him at the Firehall sometimes, so I thought I would send ya a pic of him chilling on the pump! Let me know if it doesn't work for ya.. I can send others.Thanks again for all your help! We have a question about Smoky, He is doing well and loves to play especially with other dogs.

Smoky is hard to photograph since he likes to sniff the camera but here is one we managed to take today.

Happy Valentine's Day. Here are some recent pictures of Trooper. He's a bit of a challenge to photograph as he doesn't stay still for very long.

He continues to pack logs around the yard, even though he has lots of toys. We took him to the vet for his booster shot and he weighs 76.2 kg and is not quite 9 months old. He is quite a character. Lately he won't go to bed (his dog house) until all the vehicles are home and all the lights go out. Otherwise he is standing guard outside the dining room window, no matter what the temperature!

Hi Adrienne, how are you? We're doing really good. Loki is keeping us very busy, and happy! He's a very smart boy. I've also attached some pictures of Loki in his new home. The first day we brought him home he snuggled up to a stuffed black lab toy that we have. It was so cute! I will send more pictures as he grows up. He's already growing so fast and it's only been a week and a half!
